Diane Carlson MSW
Ms. Carlson is the Associate Director for a non profit foundation addressing end of life needs for hospice patients of all ages across South Carolina. She holds a Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville with a specialization in Comprehensive Health. Ms. Carlson shs Advanced Social Work Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care through NASW. She is experienced in Program Development, Coaching, Team Building, Public Speaking, and knowledgeable in Hospice Medicare regulations, with over 10 years experience in staff supervision including 8 years as a department head over social work, chaplain and bereavement staff for a large award winning hospice. Her special interests include ethical decision making and support for the interdisciplinary model of care.
