Lisa Ragland MSW, CPM
Lisa Ragland is the Aged, Disabled and Facility Services Supervisor in the Office of Waiver and Facility Services at the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, she and her team are responsible for overseeing the waiver administration for three of South Carolina’s eight Home and Community based waivers -Community Choices, HIV/AIDS, and the Mechanical Ventilator Dependent waivers. Her team oversees the Optional State Supplementation (OSS), Optional Supplemental Care for Assisted Living (OSCAP), Nursing Facilities, Hospice, and Nurse Aide Training programs. Her team is also responsible for developing and administering the training curriculum for waiver case managers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Columbia College and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified public manager and has over 16 years of experience in state government.
