JoMonica Taylor
JoMonica is the Director of the Residential Facilities Section of Healthcare Quality. She has been with the Department of Public Health since 2014.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the College of Charleston. She also has a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.
JoMonica is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, a proud of mother of twin girls, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and involved with many other committees and organizations throughout the agency and community.
