Karie Fersner MSN, WHNP-BC
Karie Fersner is a National Certification Corporation Board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Science in nursing Degree in 2009 and a Master of Science degree in nursing education in 2015 from Charleston Southern University. In 2020, she received a Master of Science in nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati. Her nursing experience includes over 15 years in women's healthcare, including postpartum/gynecologic nursing, antepartum and labor and delivery. Karie has worked with Family Solutions in different capacities since 2017. She also has over 5 years experience in nursing education as a clinical leader in the hospital setting and clinical adjunct nurse instructor.
She grew up in Clemson, SC (Go Tigers!), but currently resides in Orangeburg, SC with her husband and son. In her spare time, Karie enjoys staying active, reading, and making memories with her family. They love to travel, go out to eat, and experience new things.
As a provider, she strives to make her patients feel comfortable and safe in an environment that is free of judgment. Karie has a deep commitment to patient education and empowering women to make informed healthcare decisions.
