Heather Staples MD
Dr. Staples is a pediatric pulmonologist at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital Midlands. She graduated from medical school at Florida State University College of Medicine. She did her pediatrics residency in Columbia, SC at the University of South Carolina/Palmetto Health and her pulmonary fellowship in Houston, Texas at Texas Children’s Hospital. She currently serves as the director of the pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Center in the Midlands and as the secretary/treasurer of the SC chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
