Wayne Daniels DO, MS, CTBS
Dr. Wayne Daniels is the Medical Director and Manager of the Pathology Laboratory at Artivion, Inc., where he has led critical operations since 2005. With extensive expertise in cardiac pathology, tissue banking, and regulatory compliance, he has overseen more than 30,000 donor eligibility reviews and contributed to post-market surveillance of Class III medical devices and biologics. A licensed physician in Georgia, Dr. Daniels completed his pathology residency at Creighton University and holds advanced degrees in medicine and molecular biology. He is a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist and an active member of industry organizations, including the American Association of Tissue Banks, where he has served in multiple leadership and committee roles.
