Teresa Boynton MS, OTR, CSPHP
Teresa is currently an independent consultant. From 2015 through 2018, she worked for Hill-Rom, helping Healthcare organizations develop safe patient handling and mobility programs. Previously, Teresa spent over 26 years at Banner Health as an ergonomics and injury prevention specialist and a leader in SPHM and falls prevention.
She frequently consults and presents on topics related to mobility, falls, SPHM, and the Bedside Mobility Assessment Tool (ANA American Nurse Journal article, July 2020). In March 2025, Teresa received the Advocacy Award from the Association of Safe Patient Handling Professionals.
