Megan O'Connor DNP, RN, NE-BC
Dr. O’Connor has 23 years of experience in medical-surgical, critical care, and logistics nursing. She is a seasoned nurse leader, having held nursing management positions in medicine, psychiatry, observation and logistics. Currently, Megan holds the position of Director of Clinical Services with Davita, where she supports clinical performance improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with operational leaders to execute strategic clinical priorities that enhance patient care and organizational performance. Dr. O'Connor received her BSN, MSN and DNP from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well Bachelor Degrees in Biology and Psychology. She currently serves as adjunct faculty for Chamberlain University and Capella University. Primary areas of interest that have resulted in publication or presentation include communication, interdisciplinary teamwork, organizational culture, and gaming.
