Dawn Leberknight M.Ed.
Dawn Leberknight, MEd, serves as Curriculum Coordinator for South Carolina AHEC, where she develops innovative educational programming and leads instructional design initiatives that support learners across the healthcare workforce. Her work includes designing and evaluating curricula, collaborating with subject matter experts and statewide partners, and using educational technology to create engaging, accessible learning experiences.
Before joining South Carolina AHEC, Dawn spent several years as a public-school teacher before transitioning to higher education. Originally from eastern North Carolina, Dawn moved to South Carolina in 2005 to attend college. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in secondary education from the College of Charleston and a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technologies from the University of South Carolina.
