William "Billy" B. Heckle R.PH.
Mr. Heckle holds a Pharmacy degree from the University of South Carolina and a 30 year career in pharmacy. He continues to work part time as a pharmacist. In addition, he has 20 years of experience as an addictions counselor at the W.J. McCord Adolescent Treatment Facility in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Mr Heckle frequently provides training statewide on the pharmacological aspects of common drugs of abuse and is well attended from medical, law enforcement, and counseling fields.
