Jan O'Neill MPA
Jan is a Community Coach with the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program, a collaboration between the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Jan’s role is to provide strategic guidance to communities that want to put the Rankings into action for community health improvement. She is part of a team that develops online tools to connect communities to evidence-informed strategies, delivers technical assistance and training, and recognizes and celebrates health improvement. Jan received a Master of Public Policy & Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin LaFollette Institute. She has over 25 years of experience in organizational development, having worked in a variety of environments, including health care, government, the private sector, and education.
