CeCe Heyward MPH
CeCe Heyward, MPH, is the Education and Evaluation Coordinator and provides essential support for South Carolina Area Health Education Consortium (SC AHEC) statewide projects. She manages and serves as a project team member on grant and education projects including but not limited to: federal, state, and private industry-sponsored projects and statewide education and evaluation initiatives. Communicates regularly with partners across the state including but not limited to: university faculty at partnering state institutions, health care professionals, health professions students, funders, community members and AHEC regional center staff and directors. She brings with her over six years of experience coordinating and managing the implementation of multiple HRSA and endowment/foundation grant initiatives focused on oral health education and dental disease treatment and prevention from her previous position in the College of Dental Medicine’s Division of Population Oral Health.
