She has made significant organizational contributions as a mentor and visionary leader for both novice and experienced professionals through clinical practice, educational program development and research support.
Debby provided clinical bedside practice as a direct inpatient obstetrical nurse for 20+ years. She was a perinatal educator/CNS for 16 years.
