Trudy Messer is a physical therapist with over 20 years of experience with multiple advanced certifications including an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS®) from the American Physical Therapy Association, a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner (CKTP) from Kinesiotaping America and a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT®) from the Institute of Physical Art. She is an experienced registered yoga teacher of 200 hours as well as a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Practitioner (E-RYT 200, YACEP®).
