Lior Rennert PhD
Dr. Rennert is an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics in the Department of Public Health Sciences, and Clemson University's Lead Public Health Strategist for COVID-19. He is helping lead efforts to evaluate and implement COVID-19 mitigation measures, including development of dynamic SARS-CoV-2 transmission models to inform the university's COVID-19 testing strategies. Dr. Rennert engages in collaborative health research with the department and Prisma Health, the largest health care provider in the upstate. His work involves the development and implementation of statistical techniques for public health, policy evaluation, and medical studies.
