Caroline Miller PharmD
Caroline Miller, PharmD, is a Clinical Pharmacist with Avant Pharmacy and Wellness (formerly Rx Clinic Pharmacy) in Charlotte, NC. Upon graduation from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, Caroline began her community pharmacy career through the UNC Community-based Pharmacy Residency Program at Sona Pharmacy + Clinic in Asheville, NC. Before starting in her current position, she completed a Community-based Practice Development Fellowship with UNC and Rx Clinic Pharmacy. Caroline is practicing as a clinical pharmacist in multiple primary care clinics in the Charlotte area, performing collaborative services such as Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Transitions of Care Management, Diabetes Management, and Annual Wellness Visits. Caroline’s practice interests include geriatric care, chronic disease management and diabetes care, nutritional health and wellness, and collaborative practice. She is extremely passionate about advocating for community pharmacists and showcasing their value in helping fellow community members achieve their health goals.
