Deanna Baker Frost MD, PhD
Dr. DeAnna Baker Frost is an adult rheumatologist with a clinical interest in autoimmune diseases and fibrosis. A native of Baltimore, MD, she completed a combined M.D. and Ph.D. degree program at MUSC and an internal medicine residency at Duke University. Upon completion of her residency at Duke, she became a board certified internal medicine physician and returned to MUSC as an adult rheumatology fellow. Based on her leadership skills and proficiency as a fellow, Dr. Baker Frost was chosen as Chief Rheumatology Fellow. During her internal medicine and rheumatological training, she has worked with prominent internal medicine physicians, rheumatologists and scientists who have assisted in her development as a physician scientist.
