Rachel L. Brinkley DNP, MSN, RN, CCM
Rachel is a Registered Nurse of 15 years and currently serves as a Provider Relations Manager for naviHealth. Her background includes medical/surgical bedside nursing, Case Management, and Utilization Management. She was previously a Director of Case Management at an acute hospital. Rachel is a dedicated nursing leader with a passion for efficiency, process improvement, and patient and family and patient centered care.
Rachel is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice with a focus in Leadership. She also received her undergraduate and Master’s of Science in Nursing Leadership from East Carolina University. She is a Certified Case Manager through the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
