Aidyn Iachini PhD, MSW, LSW
Dr. Aidyn Iachini, PhD, MSW, LSW is a Professor and the Associate Dean for Research and Faculty in the College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina. Her research for more than a decade has focused on developing and evaluating training programs and interventions designed to support behavioral health students and practitioners. She also has a background in leadership and management. Currently, she serves as Principal Investigator of the HOPE-WWR grant that provides the funding to support behavioral health practitioners in the workplace, particularly in relationship to thinking about organizational resilience and burnout.
