Jill is well-known and recognized throughout the Triad community for my appearances as a monthly special guest on WFMY 2. She is also a seasoned professional entrepreneur and facilitator with over 25 years of leadership, education, consulting, healthcare, and business expertise, and experience. She bases all her work on health-related issues, the prevention of chronic pain/illness, and evidence-based approaches to helping people.

Jill developed Mindful Self-Care to help healthcare professionals, caregivers, and/or those who may gain insight in developing ways that may be beneficial in the areas of caring for themselves. That may include feeling calmer, grounded, and balanced, increased energy levels, as well as improving greater stamina and flexibility while holding stretches for longer than normal periods. Jill believes that we may be more productive when caring for others when we implement a consistent practice of mindfulness and self-care.
