Stephanie Glickman, LCSW, CCTP, is the founder of The Enrichment Collaborative in Charlotte, NC and Vice President of Clinical Services at the Family Centered Treatment Foundation. With over 20 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, she is recognized as a thought leader in trauma-informed care, leadership development, and clinical interventions. A sought-after national trainer and speaker, Stephanie has also served as an adjunct professor, field instructor, and clinical supervisor, mentoring the next generation of social workers. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master of Social Work from Simmons University.
