PHARMACY: The University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Home Studies: Each home study is an application-based or knowledge-based activity as designated within the activity announcement table and is accredited for the contact hours displayed within the activity announcement table. To claim credit, participants must have participation documented and must participate in the entire activity (including all active learning activities and completion of all learning assessments). No partial credit will be issued for participation in a partial session. Participants must complete an online evaluation within 30 days of completion of the home study (providing their correct NABP e-profile number and day/month of birth) in order to have credit reported to the NABP CPE Monitor. All credit must be claimed and reported within 60 days.
