Joshua Sellner is a Senior Epidemiologist for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). Josh started his tenure at DHEC in 2015 serving in various capacities, first as a graduate student, then working as a Program Evaluator, the Lead Chronic Disease and Injury Epidemiologist and now the Senior Epidemiologist. Josh received a Master of Science in Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of South Carolina where he is also pursuing his PhD. Currently, Josh is leading the Data Analytics Branch of the COVID-19 response for South Carolina where he oversees the COVID-19 data analysis for the state.
