Description
Microsoft Excel 2016 Basics is a course that is a scaled-down version of a standard 4-hour Intro to Excel 2016 course.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the Excel Worksheet screen components
  • Describe the Backstage View, which is the administrative/settings section of Excel
  • Identify the Ribbon, which contains many icons representing important Excel functions
  • Discuss basic data entry into cells using numbers and text
  • Perform formatting controls to change the look of the data
  • Perform the following four formula commands: SUM, AVERAGE, MAX, MIN
