Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
provide equity-based guidance and technical assistance to multi-sector community health coalitions across South Carolina
use collective impact to identify mutually reinforcing improvement actions to achieve equity
ensure active engagement of those with lived experience at all levels of collective health improvement decision-making and action
build capacity to think through the stories by using data and working through a health equity lens to mobilize people for collective action
identify areas where their case making could be leveraged to strengthen public support using evidence-based strategies
describe methods of using data to build public support for population health programs and health system transformation
be able to develop traditional media and social media marketing goals and objectives for their organizations
gain the ability to effectively use a variety of communication tools to break down the traditional barriers toward health equity
