Description
Welcome to the Choose Well: Contraception Care for Complex Medical Patients module. This module is the third of six modules available discussing contraception prescribing with different type of patient populations. Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Use the Medical Eligibility Criteria (MEC) table for contraception use.
  • Apply the STEPS method to contraception counseling.
  • Use shared decision making techniques when doing contraception counseling.
  • Access specific resources to improve contraception care of patients with epilepsy/seizure disorders.
