This program will provide a brief introduction to TeamSTEPPS®, an evidence-based teamwork system to improve communication and teamwork skills among health care professionals. The primary focus will be on ways a primary care practice can implement TeamSTEPPS® tools to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
