Description
This presentation will focus on compliance and regulatory issues with regard to Telehealth arrangements under the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law. The program will include a discussion of what constitutes a referral and remuneration under federal law as well as considerations in structuring various telemedicine arrangements. In addition, we will discuss recent enforcement trends and potential penalties for violations.
