Description
This program addresses professionalism from the classroom to the workplace. In many instances, people may only think of someone who had an extensive education or training background as a professional, but all career paths have a professional component. The program will discuss the components and qualities needed to demonstrate and maintain professionalism.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Define professionalism and distinguish it from being a professional.
  • Determine what qualities are needed to display professionalism.
  • Learn best quality practices for upholding professionalism in a school or work setting.
