Description
This training will explore the concept of organizational culture, and the research behind it. Additionally, the research behind a psychologically health workplace will be examined. Finally, organizational behaviors that must change will be explored by participants in their organization. Will begin review of HOPE-WWR Community Practitioner Series. Additionally, micro evidence-based techniques taught.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Explore components of an evidence informed organizational culture
  • Discuss psychologically healthy workplace components
  • Identify ways your organization can become a more psychologically healthy workplace
