Description
This training will include continue discussion of well-being and wellness, with focus on resilience and satisfaction in key domains such as workload, control/flexibility, social support, work-life balance, workflow, and administration. Will complete review of HOPE-WWR Community Practitioner Series. Additionally, micro evidence-based techniques taught.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify social construct of wellness and how it is defined and measured
  • Discuss and apply resiliency in key domains such as workload, control/flexibility, social support, work-life balance, workflow, and administration
  • Apply case study to concepts and terms
  • Identify resources to provide to employees that promote micro resilience
