Description
Students will explore the suturing process and participate in a hands-on activity to practice their skills, while also learning about health science careers in which suturing is an essential part of the profession.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the purposes of sutures.
  • Explain the basic steps to perform sutures.
  • Identify health science careers where suturing is an important skill.
