Description
This program addresses gaps in knowledge, skills, and practice related to leveraging generational diversity as a strength within teams. While healthcare professionals work in increasingly diverse, multi-generational environments, many lack the tools and awareness to intentionally collaborate across differences and fully utilize the strengths each generation brings to the team.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe key characteristics and strengths of the five working generations and how they contribute to team success.
  • Recognize how generational differences influence communication styles, teamwork, and workplace dynamics.
  • Apply at least one strategy to improve communication and collaboration across generational lines within their team.
  • Analyze how generational diversity can be leveraged to enhance team performance, morale, and service delivery outcomes.
  • Identify one actionable step to create stronger collaboration and unlock the potential of their team.
