Description
Has our reliance on technology caused us to become so dependent that we are now hearing of digital overload resulting in process addictions? We are the pioneers of the information age – no one has been before us in this brave new world of technology and while it makes us more efficient in our work it has also blurred the boundaries between work and our personal lives. It also has a significant impact on our ability to relax and relate to others.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the impact technology is currently having on us as individuals, families, and society
  • Implement strategies for "unplugging"
