Description
In this course, participants will hear from Pooja Chandrashekar, MD/MBA Student at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, on how to support someone experiencing incidents of bias and discrimination in the clinical learning environment. This course includes a recorded presentation, discussion forum, and evaluation. Date of Release – October 28, 2022; Expiration Date – October 31, 2024.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss challenges and biases in the clinical learning environment.
  • Identify one’s own role in advancing equity, diversity and inclusion within the clinical learning environment.
