Description
According to Daniel Goleman, a leading researcher and author on the subject of Emotional Intelligence; "What really matters for success, character, happiness, and life-long achievements is a definite set of emotional skills your Emotional Intelligence not just purely cognitive abilities that are measured by conventional IQ tests." With this in mind, this 1-hour workshop will cover the importance to understanding and developing emotional intelligence in the workplace and among teams.

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify three important needs and development stage of a team.
  • Develop team maintenance through Emotional Intelligence.
