Description
As leadership is an art, many “artists” have mapped out leadership theories to help new and inspiring leaders chart a course to success. This workshop will address styles of leadership (descriptive) and Situation Leadership (prescriptive), types and use of power in leadership roles, and leading change in work environments.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Define principles of leadership
  • Present Situational Leadership
  • Discuss styles of leadership (Crosby)
  • Present the relationship between leadership and power
  • Address promoting change
  • Identify communication techniques for leadership
