Description
Problem solving and decision making are key processes in improving work productivity and team spirit. This workshop will focus on methods to sharpen your skills in both problem solving and decision making. By appropriately utilizing these processes, you will become a positive change agent. Learn a variety of techniques that will not only benefit the individual but the entire work force. Training will incorporate case studies and group activities.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Identify steps to problem solving.
  • Describe conditions required for effective problem solving.
  • Analyze relevant information.
  • Define classic approach to problem solving.
  • Identify problem solving principles.
  • Articulate various decision making patterns.
  • Break down recipes and ingredients for a good decision.
  • List decision making skills.
  • Define dominant brain in problem solving.
  • Name five step technique for problem solving.
