Description
Suicide is a leading cause of death in the United States. As healthcare professions interact with patients and clients, the importance of understanding signs and symptoms is relevant in all interactions. Knowledge of risk factors, warning signs, protective factors, and strategies are essential in suicide prevention. This training will address these areas as well as assessment questions, therapies, and medications.

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
