Description
This training explores practical, evidence-informed strategies for effective clinical supervision in today's behavioral health workforce. Participants will learn approaches for developing clinical competence, providing effective feedback and navigating common supervisory challenges.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe two supervision models and their application to behavioral health practice.
  • Identify common challenges in clinical supervision and strategies for addressing them effectively.
  • Apply communication and feedback strategies that strengthen the supervisory relationship and support supervisee development.
  • Recognize key ethical responsibilities of clinical supervisors.
  • Develop strategies for balancing all roles of the clinical supervisor.
