Description
Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are public health centers focused on serving at-risk and underserved populations. They offer access to high-quality, comprehensive care regardless of a patient's ability to pay especially in rural and underserved areas of our state and across the country. The FQHC model often includes community-based primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, and even dental and other restorative services. In this session we’ll hear from the CEO of one of the largest FQHC’s in South Carolina and why she feels that FQHC’s are a great place to provide and receive care.
