Description
Participants will learn the importance of building resilience among healthcare professionals and strategies for building resiliency. This course includes a pre-test, assignment, post-test and evaluation. The module objectives are aligned to the SC Health Science 1 Standard: Foundation of Healthcare Professions Standard 4: Employability Skills: Use employability skills to enhance employment opportunities and job satisfaction. 4.1 Identify personal traits and attitudes desirable in a career ready member of a health team.

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the significance and characteristics of resiliency.
  • Discuss strategies for building resiliency for healthcare professionals.
