Description
This course provides an introduction and orientation to the seven SC AHEC Core Topics, which are: Interprofessional Education, Behavioral Health Integration, Connecting Communities and Supporting Health Professionals, Virtual Learning and Telehealth, Social Determinants of Health, Cultural Competency, and Practice Transformation.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the SC AHEC Core Topics.
  • Apply the SC AHEC Core Topics.
