Description
This half-day summit aims to convene community-based leaders and organizations to help foster community health improvement efforts through a collaborative learning experience.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss strategies and best practices to advance health equity with a focus on COVID-19 response (utilizing both data and programmatic examples)
  • Describe the Rural Health Action Plan and how local partnerships and coalitions are in alignment with helping to advance Live Healthy SC
  • Understand strategies to implement collective health improvement actions with an equity lens and emphasis on engagement of those with lived experience at all levels of decision-making and action
  • Apply practical strategies and skills to more fully step into their respective leadership roles and increase their effectiveness to lead themselves and others
