Description
This live, in-person training provides an opportunity to apply and implement principles of Results-Based Accountability (RBA). Participants must first complete the RBA online module prior to attending this live training session.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • State the three guiding principles of the results-based accountability framework.
  • Explain the collective impact model and make the connection of how it supports the RBA methodology.
  • Demonstrate use of the RBA framework by outlining how their organizations, along with partner organizations, can enhance alignment.
  • Discuss the value of producing a common language, a vital component of the RBA framework.
  • Appraise results and indicators with a diverse group of partners.
  • Develop performance measures for programs that answer the questions: How much did we do? How well did we do it? Is anyone better off?
  • Demonstrate Turn The Curve Thinking using the five core questions.
