Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Define the three “A’s” of career success: self-awareness, learning agility, and business acumen.
  • Employ strategies to enhance self-awareness, showing up as the professionals they want to be.
  • Explore techniques to boost learning agility, fostering adaptability and effectiveness in the workplace
  • Develop business acumen to elevate their contributions within their organization, becoming stronger and more influential and impactful professionals.
  • Take decisive action by utilizing practical tools provided in the workshop to strengthen the three “A’s”, increasing their impact on their patients, their peers, their supervisors, and their organization as a whole.
