Description
Healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated—or come with guilt. This interactive CHW Wellness session explores practical ways to fuel your body, incorporate intentional movement, manage stress, and make small, realistic choices that support overall well-being. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on what may be getting in the way of healthy habits and leave with a simple, achievable goal they can put into practice right away.
