Description
Are you ready to move from talk to action and make a measurable difference in your organization or community? In this module, you'll discover how Results-Based Accountability (RBA) empowers your team to collaborate effectively, use clear language, and select meaningful measures to drive action for healthier communities.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Explain how common language supports collaboration and accountability in Results-Based Accountability (RBA).
  • Differentiate between Population Accountability and Performance Accountability.
  • Classify Results, Indicators, and Performance Measures using RBA terminology.
  • Apply the RBA performance measure questions: How much did we do? How well did we do it? Is anyone better off?
  • Use the Turn-the-Curve process to analyze a baseline, identify the Story Behind the Curve, name partners, and propose actions.
  • Evaluate performance measures using Communication Power, Proxy Power, and Data Power.
  • Develop a feasible, action-oriented next step for applying RBA in a coalition or community health setting.
