Description
This 1.5-hour presentation will focus on discussing the organizational drivers of burnout in rural behavioral healthcare settings. Participants will be shown organizational wellness assessments that can help guide the selection of organizational wellness interventions and/or strategies that align with organizational needs.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe organizational drivers of burnout in rural behavioral healthcare settings
  • Discuss at least one organizational wellness assessment tool that could be utilized within a behavioral healthcare setting
  • Describe at least two different organizational wellness intervention and/or strategies that could be implemented within a behavioral healthcare setting
