Description
This webinar is part 2 of 3 facilitated discussions surrounding the book "Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know" by Adam Grant. Prior to the webinar, participants should read pages 97-160 and identify passages/concepts that they would like to discuss from the book. Participants do not have to attend previous book club sessions in order to participate in this webinar.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Define lifelong learning.
  • Identify assumptions which need to be unlearned.
  • Analyze ways to find common ground across differences.
  • Describe strategies to promote individual, interpersonal and collective rethinking.
